  5. It has been seen that passware is not able to utilise tableau's rac-a-tac with many file formats, thereby making it an under utilised source. Where it is able to utilise rac-a-tac it performs really well, to the point that one rac assembly is able to outstrip all of our computers in regard to passwords/sec. It has also outperformed DNA on some occasions.

  8. Very often it is required to have a Windows-based Passware Agent running and connected to the recovery process without having to login to the PC that is running the Agent. Currently once the user logs out, the Agent stops contributing,

  10. Once Passware Kit finishes the recovery process, it shows that N passwords were analyzed. It would be useful to get the .csv or .txt of all the passwords that were checked during the recovery job for reports.

  12. Google is growing in the market with selling Chromebooks. If it is a Chromebook with Windows it is the standard way to make an image.

If it is a Chromebook with ChromeOS on it there is literally no way to gain any information at all (without knowing the Google-Credentials) or even if the credentials are known to gain data without changing the device hard drive (logical image).

As of now we haven't seen so many devices with ChromeOS but I suppose it will change quickly in the next 1-3 years.

    King regards

    Klaus D.

  17. Can you display the MD5 of the *.exe files on the web page. I had an issue of failed installations only to realise that the MD5 was different on each download. I got there eventually, but an MD5 check would have ensured it downloaded and / or copied across an air gap correctly.
    Thanks

  19. Incorporate the ability within File Explorer to right-click on a folder and select Passware Scan for the selected folder. The snapshot example below is from Windows 11. I think, if incorporated, Passware option would appear on the "Show more options" selection.
