Advanced level user "training style" manual.
Often times the cost of some training courses is restrictive while a training manual might not be. Example: you could attend a weekend to week long course for maybe $2,500 for a microsoft certification. An alternate choice is to purchase a 1,000+ page certification guide or "training bible" for $75-$100.
